You will be staying in Cabeço de Vide, a small white washed village typical of the region.  You will almost certainly be the only foreigners in town. 

You’ll be staying in an apartment style room in a comfortable 4 star hotel a short walk from the village. In the room you’ll find a welcome pack, a bottle of wine, beers, water and tea and coffee.  They’ll also be some snacks and a few bike magazines to whet your appetite for the rides ahead.

It has been beautifully restored from an old railway station and is next to one of the region’s best restaurants.

 It has a large pool, bar and, if you still have the energy, a gym and tennis court. 

The rooms are air conditioned and have a small kitchen area with fridge.
