Enduro Republic (hereinafter referred to as “the
Company”) accepts clients subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1.
A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking.
2.
Payment in full is required at least 8 weeks prior
to the start of the tour.
The client can cancel his/her trip at any time prior
to the tour provided this is done in writing. The
cancellation will be in effect the moment the
company receives the cancellation. The
cancellation costs are as follows:
7 - 8 weeks before the start of the tour - 50% of
the total cost | 4 - 7 weeks before the start of the
tour - 40% of the total cost | 2 - 4 weeks before
the start of the tour - 25% of the total cost | 0 -
2 weeks before the start of the tour - no refund
3.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour
without notice. In the unlikely event of such
cancellation all payments received by the Company
from the client will be refunded in full. The
Company is not responsible for any other costs
incurred by the customer due to a cancellation.
However these costs may be refunded against a future
booking.
4.
In the unlikely event of a change of accommodation,
a hotel of equal standard and quality will be
provided.
5.
The client must be 25 years of age or older and hold
a full motorbike driving license. You must make
known to the Company any endorsements or
restrictions made to it by the licensing
authorities.
6.
The client must produce his/her current motorbike
driving license, passport and E111 / E.H.I.C (or
equivalent health insurance) on arrival.
7.
We understand that accidents can happen. At the
beginning of your stay we talk about the rides and
give you some safety guidelines which we would like
you to follow. We do not charge for damage to bikes
or equipment if these guidelines are respected.
8.
Clients leaving a tour voluntarily will not be
eligible for any refund. Clients can be refused or
expelled from the tour if they display behaviour
that may result in injury to themselves or any of
the other participants or to the guide. In this case
there will be no reimbursement. Riders unable to
complete the tour due to injury will not be eligible
for any refund.
9. The
client acknowledges that due to the nature of the
tour, no responsibility can be accepted by the
Company for any accident, loss or damage to a
client’s vehicle or personal property.
10. The
Company is not responsible for the quality of goods
supplied by third parties or any loss or damages
connected to them.
11. By
booking the customer automatically agrees to the
following:
I am completely aware of the dangers of motorbike
riding on and off-road. I take part in this trip at
my own risk. I agree to the fact that the Company,
its representatives or third parties used by the
Company are not liable for any personal loss,
injury, accident, delay or inconvenience whether
caused by the Company, its agents or events beyond
the Company’s control (e.g. acts of God, industrial
action, mechanical breakdown, weather, etc.). I am
aware that the Company is not responsible for the
behaviour of other participants. In all truth, as
far as is known to me, I am in good health and able
to meet the required tour standards. I agree not to
use a GPS system or other form of route marking
during the tour.
12.
The client agrees to abide by and respect the laws
and the customs of all countries visited during the
tour. |
